Kailash Rajpurohit is a Government Contractor. Besides, he is a writer, author, storyteller and narrator of poems and stories.
Kailash belongs to Bikaner, Rajasthan. He says that his father is an Electrical Engineer and due to his job being in Odisha, he spent his childhood in Ganjam district of Odisha. After taking his primary education there, he again came to Bikaner.
Recalling fond memories of his childhood, Kailash says that he grew up listening to stories from his grandparents. Since then his interest in stories started increasing and he also started writing. He had always been ahead in sport activities since childhood and had won a gold medal in roller skating. He had been a state level player in Lawn Tennis.
Talking about his role models, Kailash says he considers his mother as his first role model for her guidance and advice. After that he considers his father as his role model for giving him good upbringing and education. He has also been greatly influenced by RJ Nilesh Mishra in his life.
Sharing his COVID experience, Kailash says that due to the imposition of the lockdown, he got an opportunity to come out of his hustle-bustle life and do something for himself. That’s when he wrote his first book called ‘My Second Girlfriend’, which was so appreciated that in its very first week, it became a best seller worldwide. Along with this, he got to spend a lot of good time with his family which he could not do earlier.
Kailash believes that there are two types of experiences that everyone faces. The first which comes with age and the second which we get from time in a practical life. He feels that life experiences are much greater than the bookish knowledge and education that we receive formally.
Kailash loves to spend his free time traveling and trying out new dishes and cuisines. Apart from this, he likes to play outdoor games and listen to songs.
Kailash gives a piece of advice to everyone that whatever makes you happy, spare at least five minutes every day for it. And that will take you to the point in life that you have been dreaming of for a long time.
